The Bid Prompt series of card decks have been created to support firms targeting the UK public sector with preparing robust, work-winning bids.
The cards in each deck contain a number of high-level prompts, grouped by theme. Using these critical question starters you can identify and eliminate weaknesses or blind spots in your bid, increasing your odds of winning.
This set, titled “Procurement Act 2023”, addresses key areas of the legislation, including light-touch contracts, flexible frameworks, mixed procurements, notices, remedies, and exclusions. It also highlights important themes, such as maximising pre-market engagement and avoiding potential conflicts of interest.
The cards focus on various topics related to procurement within the public sector and, for each, they offer 3-5 suggested key questions to consider.
