Your Local Net Zero Hub: Connecting you with the resources and support you need to achieve Net Zero

We are developing a free online energy planning tool – Your Local Net Zero Hub – through our innovation project Collaborative Local Energy Optimisation to help local authorities and local stakeholders make the best place-based decisions.

We have established and are growing a dedicated Local Net Zero team to help local authorities and local stakeholders develop their local Net Zero plans, using our three-tiered support approach.

We are here to support, collaborate, and facilitate your success

  • Support: The Local Net Zero Team at UK Power Networks is here to facilitate your local climate plans.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate and combine our expertise in the electricity sector with your local knowledge.
  • Facilitate: Best value solutions: Right capacity, at the right place, at the right time, at the lowest cost.

It's easy to get involved

  1. Register your organisation: Answer a few questions about your organisation and we will get in contact with you.
  2. Share your plans: Tell us about your plans and get feedback and advice from our dedicated Local Net Zero team.
  3. Explore resources: Discover useful resources like tools, data, and case studies to help you with your planning.
  4. Work together: Collaborate with us and other stakeholders in your local area on your Net Zero plans.
