Dataset provides annual electricity and gas consumption broken down to Lower Layer Super Output Areas and Medium Layer Super Output Areas level is split by domestic and non-domestic consumption. This can be used to calibrate a building demand forecast model (caution needed due to limitations) or as a direct input to a more high-level model looking at energy use across a region.

– Data is annual and goes up to 2023 – Medium Layer Super Output Areas cover an area of c. 5000 people or c. 2000 households – Not all meters have been assigned to a geography – Not all Medium Layer Super Output Areas’s have published data
