This toolkit has been developed to support delivery of the National Procurement Strategy for Local Government in England 2022. The purpose of the toolkit is to help councils, and groups of councils, to set objectives in relation to the maturity levels in each of the key areas of the strategy and to assess their own progress against those objectives.
