Meet the team

Jack
Senior product manager

My background is in product management – I have experiences across all stages of the product lifecycle and I’m passionate about delivering great experiences for users. I genuinely love hearing about how local authority officers use Net Zero Go, and consider myself lucky to play a small part in the broader clean energy transformation.

Kat
User researcher

I have a background in both academia and industry, with a focus on user research for digital products. I specialise in uncovering complex, hard-to-reach user needs in innovative digital settings. I’m passionate about co-design and empathic design, and I love bringing people together using innovative technologies.

Claire
Content administrator

My professional experience began within the realms of the translation industry, through which I have gained an in-depth understanding of English language editing. I later went on to study environmental sustainability and green technology. Since then, I have married these two passions, reviewing content at organisations focused on supporting environmental responsibility.
